ZEMLYA is a farm-to-table restaurant in Ukraine focused on seasonal cooking, local sourcing, and simple, honest food, for which a complete brand identity was developed including naming, visual direction, tone of voice, menu design, and copywriting. The name “ZEMLYA” reflects the restaurant’s approach of working directly with local farmers. The visual identity is minimal and grounded, inspired by natural materials and Ukrainian landscapes, using a neutral color palette, refined typography, and clean editorial layouts to create a contemporary yet warm atmosphere across print and digital applications.
